Novation Agreement
This Novation Agreement is between a debtor, a creditor and a new debtor who will assume the obligations owed to the creditor. This agreement sets forth the names of all parties, amount of indebtedness and agreement which created the indebtedness. It also sets forth that new debtor assumes the agreement with creditor's consent. A written Novation Agreement will prove valuable if there are disagreements, misunderstandings or litigation about the payment of the debt.

- Assumption: Title and date of the agreement and creditor's agreement to allow new debtor to assume the agreement's obligations;
